The EcoMom Alliance is anchored by a belief in the collective power of women - mothers and earth mothers alike. Throughout history, through famine, flood, fever or flu, women step up and do what must be done and we need that more than ever. Our children need it. Our planet needs it. The future of all species need it. Caring and nurturing is what all women have done for centuries. Together, we represent one of Mother Nature’s strongest networks.
By establishing EcoMom Leaders in communities the world over, we help to spread that power and focus its strength in support of an environmentally, socially, and economically healthy future for all. To become an EcoMom Leader we will work with you to:
- Host EcoMom Parties
- Speak at EcoMom Parties
- Represent the EcoMom Alliance at PTA groups, mother’s groups and special events in your community.
By signing up to become an EcoMom Community Leader, you are signing up to lead change in your community. You do not need to have any prior experience or knowledge in the environmental sector and there is no required time commitment to being an EcoMom Leader; However, we think it’s only fair to warn you that becoming an EcoMom Leader and leading positive change in your town can be hazardous to boredom, eco-angst, isolation and stress.
