		<description>Hi all,
I wanted to share with you a wonderful new website called carbonrally.com. The site is all about reducing our carbon footprint - yet does so in a novel and fun way.

You can join as an individual or start a team with friends, neighbors, really any group looking for a way to make a measureable difference. The teams are also great for kids old enough to use the computer (school classrooms, 4H groups, e.g.)

The site offers members a variety of simple challenges that reduce carbon output while promoting fun and competition against other teams. It is very user friendly, competitive and informative. The site really capitalizes on the concept that, added together, our small actions will make a huge difference.

Please take a look!

<description>Good for you! And good for your daughter and husband (even if he doesn't quite realize it yet). Your site looks great too. Keep it up, and keep me posted! Thank you, you EcoMom!

<description>I'm getting better at some of these. I walk my daughter to her preschool, which I figure is good for me in terms of exercise as well as for the environment. I've been getting pickier in my shopping. I avoid laundry when I can... although with one still in diapers there's only so much to be done.

I've found that as I get used to each change it just becomes easier.
